Colleague for the filing and archiving service

The Agency for Medical Research (AZV) of the Czech Republic will recruit a qualified person to ensure the agenda of the filing and archiving service:

- Form: DPP/DPČ
- Remuneration: between 300-350 CZK/hour.

Job description:
- Ensuring a comprehensive filing service agenda and its compliance with legal regulations and national standards in the field of archiving
- Ensuring the correct life cycle of documents from their receipt to their destruction or transfer for archiving
- Knowledge of the state administration environment
- Starting immediately
