Board is the expert guarantor body AZV for VES COVID.

The composition of the Board of Expert Guarantors, the manner of its activity, the conditions of impartiality of the members of the Board of Expert Guarantors, the manner of handling the data contained in the Project proposals are regulated by the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Expert Guarantors.

Board The expert guarantors have 6 members, including the chair and vice-chair. The Chair, Vice-Chair and members of the Board of Expert Guarantors are appointed and dismissed by Chair AZV on the proposal of the MoH. The members of the Board of Expert Guarantors are the Chairpersons of the Expert Review Panels. A member of the Board of Expert Guarantors cannot apply for targeted support as a proposer/supervisor during his/her term of office.

The Council of Expert Guarantors is headed by Chair and a Vice-Chair. The members of the Board of Expert Guarantors shall receive a remuneration for the performance of activities related to the exercise of their functions, the proposal of which shall be determined by the Bureau AZV.

Board professional guarantors, in particular:

a) Assesses the professional evaluation proposals of the Projects proposed by the individual professional evaluation committees and determines the proposal of the overall ranking of the Projects for the provision of special-purpose support;

b) Submits to the Board AZV for approval evaluation partial and final
reports on the resolution of the Projects
