The AZV ČR Office is headed by its Director, who is appointed and dismissed by the AZV ČR Chair. The Director is responsible for their activities to the AZV ČR Chair.
The AZV ČR Office aids AZV ČR with its administrative and organisational activities, in particular:
a) Administrative and organisational implementation of public tenders,
b) The preparation of documents for the activities of the Panels, the Scientific Board, the Supervisory Board, the KPN, the Council of Professional Guarantors and Commissions, the AZV ČR Board and the AZV ČR Chair,
c) The preparation of data for the information system of the Government Council for Research, Development and Innovation,
d) Administrative support for the activities of the Commission for the acceptance of Project proposals.
The AZV ČR Office can be divided into specialist departments. In its activities, the AZV ČR Office is governed by the organisational rules and internal regulations of the AZV ČR and other relevant legal regulations.
