Central register of budget subsidies
The information system CEDR (Central Evidence of Budget Subsidies) serves as a supporting tool for monitoring, recording, evaluation and control of subsidies, repayable financial aid and similar transfers (hereinafter referred to as subsidies) provided from the state budget, EU funds and other financial mechanisms. It consists of several parts, which are operated, according to their purpose, at the grant providers (ministries, state funds, agencies), at the processing centre at the General Financial Directorate (GFD) and at the financial offices (FÚ) and their departments.

SciVal
The SciVal application is a system that matches optimal foreign opponents to projects based on semantic analysis and comparison of the project abstract and keywords with a global database of articles in peer-reviewed journals and monographs. The application is able to check the potential conflict of interest of the selected foreign opponent based on joint publication activity or institutional affiliation.
