Yes, in the event of changes in generally binding legal regulations concerning personnel costs in the project (e.g. changes in salary tariffs, changes in the compulsory allocation to the FKSP, etc.) and their impact on economic indicators, it is possible to make transfers between individual items (from other operating costs to personnel costs) even above the limit of CZK 10 thousand. They do not require an amendment to the contract or a new decision to increase the budget. However, it is necessary to contact Office AZV with specific requests (through official channels, not better ISDS), as it is not possible to modify the project for the next report (partial or final), the beneficiary must describe and justify these changes.
