RVVI Roundtable with participation AZV ČR !
The Board for Research, Development and Innovation (RVVI) organized a roundtable on 15 January 2024 dedicated to the present and future of the system of dedicated support for science and research projects in the Czech Republic. Among the invited institutions from among the providers of didicated support was also the Czech Health Research Council, represented by Ing. Iva Škach Vrbíková, Head of the Project Support Department.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister for Science, Research and Innovation and Chair of the RVVI Mgr. Helena Langšádlová, emphasized the need to address systemic and conceptual issues evaluation in the area of designated support. Invited representatives of the Grant Agency ČR, the Technology Agency ČR, the AZV ČR, the Ministry of Education or the Academy of Science ČR discussed, among other things, administrative, technical or legal aspects of dedicated support – both from the point of view of providers and beneficiaries. Examples of good practice for improving the system of dedicated support from abroad, challenges related to the internationalisation of domestic research institutes and many other topics were also discussed.
