  8. Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, as amended
  9. Decree No. 442/2006 Coll., which establishes the structure of information published about the obliged entity in a manner allowing remote access, as amended by Decree No. 416/2008 Coll.
  10. Government Decree No. 173/2006 Coll., on the principles of setting fees and royalties for the provision of information under the Freedom of Access to Information Act
  11. Act No. 82/1998 Coll., on Liability for Damage Caused in the Exercise of Public Authority by Decision or Improper Official Procedure and on Amendment to Act No. 358/1992 Coll., of the Czech National Council, on Notaries and their Activities (Notarial Code), as amended
