In order to present information about the projects supported by the Ministry of Health ČR and administered by the Agency for Health Research ČR (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of AZV) and the results or outputs of these projects, the rules of mandatory publicity of the AZV of Health/AHRA have been established for the beneficiaries or co-beneficiaries (other participants) of the support. Each beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the support, who participates in the project supported by the AZV, is obliged to follow these rules and to state that the project is implemented thanks to the financial participation of the AZV; in the case of European Partnerships in Health projects, also by the specific partnership (i.e. it is necessary to follow the rules for publicity of the AZV and the publicity rules of the EP concerned). This information is required by the AZV on all promotional material and in all types of media relating to the project or its results.
The nature of publicity depends on the type of individual results and outputs. The type of financial support sub-programme must be taken into account when implementing the rules on mandatory publicity:
STANDARD PUBLIC TENDER (VES)
Sub-programme 1 - Standard projects
Sub-programme 2 - Support for the development of young researchers in their junior research activities
Beneficiaries or co-beneficiaries are obliged to inform that the project and its individual outputs and results are co-financed by the AZV in one of the two ways recommended below:
- Verbal expression (dedication) in Czech or English
"Supported by the Ministry of Health ČR in cooperation with the Agency for Health Research ČR under project No. (fill in the relevant registration number)."
"Supported by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic in cooperation with the Czech Health Research Council under project No. (fill in the relevant registration number)."
- Using logline in the Czech or English version in accordance with the graphic manual of the AZV
