European Partnership for Pandemic Preparedness (EP BE-READY)
The goal of the co-funded BE-READY partnership is to strengthen the EU’s ability to anticipate and respond more effectively to emerging infectious threats and to focus on research and innovation in the fields of health and biotechnology. The partnership will be carried out in two phases. Activities in the first phase, planned to last three years, will focus primarily on exploring how clinical trials are designed and conducted in the EU to address public health emergencies, including the use of new approaches such as computer modeling. The second phase, building on the first, will last four years.
