For the presentation of information about the projects supported by the Ministry of Health ČR and administered by the Agency for Health Research ČR (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of AZV) and the results or outputs of these projects, the following was established for the beneficiaries or co-recipients (other participants) of the support the rules of mandatory publicity of the AZV. Each beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the support, who participates in the project supported by the AZV, is obliged to follow these rules and to state that the project is implemented thanks to the financial participation of the AZV; in the case of European Partnerships in Health projects, also by the specific partnership (i.e. it is necessary to follow the rules for publicity of the AZV and the rules for publicity of the EP). This information is required by the AZV on all promotional materials and in all types of media related to the project or its results.
The nature of publicity depends on the type of individual results and outputs. The type of financial support sub-programme must be taken into account when implementing the rules on mandatory publicity:

Beneficiaries or co-beneficiaries are obliged to inform about the fact that the project and its individual outputs and results are co-financed by the EU and the AZV - in one of the two ways listed below (it is important to note that the publicity rules for the EP may vary depending on the specific call; their wording can be found in the "Call text" or "Guidelines for Applicants" documents published on the website of the respective EP):
- By verbal expression (dedication) and at the same time logline in Czech or English in accordance with the EU Graphic Manual a the graphic manual of the AZV
- In the case of publication outputs, verbal expression only (logolink need not be used):
