Who should sign the Letter of Intent in the first and second rounds of the OH AMR 2026 partnership call?

In the first round (pre-proposal), only investigator principal investigator PI) for each country participating in the project consortium signs the Letter of Intent. The signature of a legal representative is not required at this stage. In the second round, the signature of a legal representative is mandatory.
