Expert Advisory Body for Subprogram 4

OPO PP4 is the expert advisory body for evaluation under VES Subprogram 4.  

The composition of the OPO, its mode of operation, the impartiality requirements for its members, and the procedures for handling the information contained in project proposals are governed by the OPO’s Statutes and Rules of Procedure.  

The OPO has at least six members, including the chair and vice-chair. The chair and members are appointed and removed by Chair ofAZV.  

The OPO is headed by Chair a Vice Chair. OPO members are entitled to compensation for activities related to the performance of their duties, the amount of which is proposed by the AZV Presidium. 

In particular, OPO: 

(a) ensures evaluation internal expert evaluation project evaluation , the preparation of reviews of project proposals by external reviewers, the overall assessment of project proposals, and the determination of the ranking of projects for the award of targeted support, as well as the adequacy and justification of the requested budget, 

(b) evaluates interim and final reports on project implementation and proposes their continuation or the evaluation of the results of supported projects, including their compliance with the concluded contract or decision.
