Expert Advisory Body for Subprogram 4

The OPO is a specialized body AZV that provides technical and economic assessments and evaluation project evaluation , as well as interim and final project reports, for Subprogram 4 of the VES.

The composition of the OPO, its mode of operation, the requirements for the impartiality of OPO members, and the procedures for handling the data contained in project proposals are governed by the OPO’s Statutes and Rules of Procedure.

The OPO has at least six members, including the chair and vice-chair. The chair, vice-chair, and members of the OPO are appointed and removed by Chair AZV the recommendation of the Ministry of Health.

The OPO is led by Chair a Vice Chair.

Members of the OPO are entitled to compensation for performing duties related to this position. The amount of compensation for OPO members is determined by Chair AZV the recommendation of the AZV Presidium.

In particular, the OPO:

(a) Ensures evaluation internal expert evaluation project evaluation , the preparation of reviews of project proposals by external reviewers, the overall assessment of project proposals, and the determination of the ranking of projects for the provision of targeted support;

(b) Informs the AZV Presidium AZV the results evaluation project evaluation and evaluation and final reports on project implementation.
