The European BE READY Partnership is organizing a workshop on public-private sector collaboration

The BE READY European Partnership (European Partnership for Pandemic Preparedness) is organizing a specialized workshop on November 16–17, 2026, at the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) in Madrid, focused on strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors in the area of pandemic preparedness.

The goal of the workshop is to promote the exchange of information among representatives of the public sector, academia, and the private sector regarding current and planned research activities. The meeting will focus on identifying common priorities, areas requiring further research, and opportunities for future collaboration, with the aim of strengthening pandemic preparedness and response capabilities.

The program is currently in the planning stages. Participants who register early will have the opportunity to help shape the program and, if interested, to participate as speakers or panelists in the various discussion sessions.
