Budget adjustments are permitted provided that the total funding per project does not exceed the maximum allowed amount. However, project costs must be justifiable and directly related to the project’s subject matter. The justification must then be included in the updated Application Form, which is submitted during the second round of the call. At the same time, the call secretariat and the project consortium coordinator should be informed of these changes, noting that the provider agrees to the increase in the national budget, provided that it is duly justified.
