Yes, the rules governing eligible costs and budget structure are established by the national funding provider, namely the Ministry of Health ČR. These rules are described in detail in the document “Methodology for European Partnerships in the Field of Health,” which is available in Czech. The Czech partner is funded from national sources and must therefore comply with Czech national conditions. In case of uncertainty, it is advisable to contact the national representative directly. At the same time, each partner in an international project is governed by the rules of its own funding organization/agency.
