How should I correctly classify the various types of expenses (e.g., supplies, small assets, equipment, or services) into categories on the pre-proposal form?

Consumables:
These include consumables, i.e., expenses for items that are routinely consumed within the project (typically during the given year). In the pre-proposal, minor tangible assets of a non-capital nature may also be included here. In the national Application Form, these items fall under the category of operating costs.

Equipment:
In the pre-proposal, this category is designated for investments. If you are purchasing non-capital equipment (e.g., with a price below 80,000 CZK), it will be classified as an operating expense rather than an investment in the national Application Form.

Other direct costs:
These include, in particular, purchased services.
