As a partner we fill in the Affidavit of the PO and there is a point "VII. Identification of persons according to § 14, paragraph 3, point e), point 2 of the budget rules:" and as a university we do not. Can it be left blank or do we need to indicate that we are not submitting?
You must indicate in the item that it is irrelevant to you or that you are not completing it, so that it is obvious to the AZV ČR you have not forgotten to complete this item or have deliberately omitted it.
