How can a patient organization be involved in a project proposal if it is not seeking funding, and what are the eligibility requirements for its participation in the call for proposals (ERDERA)?
Yes, it is very important to mention the Lead Partner (LP), even if funding is not being requested. The coordinator may include the LP in the preliminary proposal in the same way as other partners, for example, as a partner, a collaborating organization, or directly as the LP. At this stage, it is not necessary to submit affidavits or de minimis declarations, as these documents apply only to entities applying for funding. If the application proceeds to the second round, the PO will be asked to submit a Letter of Intent, either in English or in the national language.
