Is it possible to transfer funds between expense categories?

The reallocation of funds is permitted and is not subject to any restrictions at the national level with regard to European Partnerships. The amount of eligible costs and the corresponding amount of support provided for the project for the entire duration of the project may not be changed during the project period by more than 50% of the amount of public funding specified in the contract and the grant award, as determined by the provider during the evaluation of the call for project proposals.
