Must the funds allocated to a student be used exclusively for that student, or can they be transferred to another person?

The original guidelines stipulated that funds allocated for student living expenses must be used exclusively for students; otherwise, a request had to be made to reallocate them. However, this provision was repealed as part of an update to the guidelines.

Based on experience from previous calls, national audits will no longer examine whether these funds were used directly for the student or transferred to another person who is not a student. The updated version of the methodology is available on the AZV ČR website.
