Is a patient NGO an eligible partner?

According to the national eligibility rules, direct funding of patient organisations by the founder (the Ministry of Health) is not allowed, so it is not an eligible partner. However, AZV possibility for patient organisations to receive direct financial support if they participate in research with clearly defined objectives. In this respect, some joint transnational calls allow for a central funding mechanism that allows patient organisations to draw on funding.
