Where, how and when should I justify the costs in the budget? Are the costs not justified in the Czech Annex of the Application form?

In Round 1, the costs do not need to be justified in the Application Form. If the project proceeds to Round 2, at this stage it will be required to complete and submit an updated Application formin which we will ask for the budget to be filled in again including justification.
