Who sends the application documents, where and when?

Consortium Coordinator sends a pre or full proposal via the international electronic system signed by all consortium partners.

The Czech partner (or the Czech coordinator of the project consortium), who is the lead Czech applicant according to the Application Form (i.e., the Czech partner listed in the pre-proposal or full proposal), sends the following to the AZV ČR data box:ČR Form completed on behalf of themselves and any other Czech co-applicants, the Affidavit of a Legal Entity, the Affidavit of a Research Organization (if applicable), and the Affidavit on the Composition of the Consortium (if one of the Czech co-applicants is a business). In the second round of the call, they then submit the Affidavit of Professional Competence and an updated Application Form. 

Czech partner, which according to the Application form is only co-applicant, sends only the Affidavit of Legal Entity and the Affidavit of Research Organisation (if applicable) to the data box of AZV ČR .

There is no need to sign an Affidavit or Application Form. The signature replaces the actual sending from the data box to the data box of AZV ČR.

The date of submission of pre-proposals or full proposals and national mandatory annexes is the same, it can be found in the international "Call text" document of each call published on the official website of the respective EP in the field of health.
