Can the budget in the full proposal be increased to the maximum amount allowed?

Budget adjustments are permitted provided that the total funding for a single project does not exceed the maximum allowed amount. However, any changes to the budget under Round 2 must be reported to the call secretariat, the project consortium coordinator, and the national representative.
