Information on the deadline for receipt of the Request for Approval of Project Modification

Dear beneficiaries,

we would like to remind you that the deadline for the submission of applications for approval of project changes is approaching in the case of:

• Changes to the funding provided in a given calendar year, i.e. 2025, that are not permitted by the tender documentation,

• Extension of the duration of the project to be completed by 31 December 2025.

In such cases, the beneficiary is obliged to send the form "Request for approval of a change to the project" (not just a notification of the planned change) to request the change, no later than 60 calendar days before the end of the calendar year or before the end of the project (i.e. by 1 November 2025).

The signed form (electronic document or scan) is sent by the recipient via data box to the AZV ČR. Only the signatures of the statutory representative of the beneficiary and the investigator are accepted for the extension request (however, the co-beneficiary and co-investigator must be informed of the planned extension).
