HERA partnership offer in the EU4Health call

The Department of Health has received an offer of partnership from the Irish Health Service Executive (HSE), specifically its Procurement Unit https://www.hse.ie/eng/about/who/finance/nationalfinance/procurement/), which would like to participate in the EU4Health open call mentioned below.

The HSE is interested in addressing the following areas at the event:
- Emergency planning for weather events
- Stock storage and access to storage
- Training
- Procurement in digitalisation (QR technology/barcodes etc.)
