CAPACITY FILLED - Come to the seminar on open science, FAIR data and their management

We would like to invite you to the Meeting with EOSC CZ initiative, which is intended primarily for the staff of grant departments and researchers of our projects. Under the auspices of the AZV ČR , you will meet the EOSC CZ initiative followed by a practical lecture on Open Science, FAIR data or creating a data management plan using the Data Stewardship Wizard tool.

EOSC CZ is the national node of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) initiative, which aims to support good practice in research data management across the scientific communities in ČR on a federated basis. The aim is to create a National Data Infrastructure, a common platform for sharing, managing and accessing data and computing resources for research purposes.

The meeting will be held in a public session on Monday, 24 November 2025 from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. in meeting room 136/Beneš at the headquarters of AZV ČR, Ruská 2412/85, Prague 10 (IPVZ building).

Seminar programme:

Introduction of the EOSC CZ initiative
Lecture on Open Science, introduction to FAIR data
Lecture on Data Stewardship Wizard (DSW) and Data Management Planning (DMP)

In the event of full capacity, a notice will be published on the AZV ČR website.

Due to on-site registration, we ask participants to arrive early, about 10-15 minutes before the official start, which is planned for 10.30 am.
