The applicant may be required to pay the costs of making copies, arranging for technical data carriers, sending the information to the applicant and payment for exceptionally extensive searches for information, in accordance with this tariff. In the event that reimbursement is requested for the provision of information, the Agency for Medical Research of the Czech Republic shall notify the applicant in writing of this fact, together with the amount of the reimbursement, before the information is provided, i.e. within 15 days of receipt of the request. The notification shall make clear on what basis and how the amount of the fee has been calculated. If the applicant fails to pay the required reimbursement within 60 days of the date of the notification, the application shall be abandoned.

If the total cost of obtaining copies on the basis of one request does not exceed CZK 100 and the time required to search for the information does not exceed 2 hours, the information is provided free of charge. In the case of exceeding the above limits, the amount charged for the search for information is the amount according to part a) of the price list (after deduction of the amount corresponding to the first 2 hours of work) and the amount charged for making copies is the amount according to part b) of the price list (the amount exceeding CZK 100).

Price list:

a) Costs for extremely extensive information retrieval:
The cost of a specialist clerk per hour of work is CZK 300. This is the gross salary per hour including employer's contributions for health and social insurance. The cost per hour for an administrative employee is 200 CZK (e.g. scanning, making copies). Again, this is the gross salary per hour including employer's health and social security contributions.

b) Costs of copies:
for a single-sided black and white copy of A4 format: 2.00 CZK
for a double-sided black and white copy of A4 format: 3.00 CZK
for a single-sided black and white copy of A3 format: 3.00 CZK
for a double-sided black and white copy of A3 format: 4.00 CZK
for making a single-sided colour copy of A4 format: 4.00 CZK
for making a double-sided colour copy of A4 format: 6.00 CZK
for making a single-sided colour copy of A3 format: 7.00 CZK
for making a double-sided colour copy of A3 format: 12.00 CZK

c) Costs of technical data carriers:
for 1 unrecorded CD: 8 CZK
for 1 unrecorded DVD: 12 CZK

(d) Cost of sending information to the applicant:
packing - not required
postal costs - according to the current postal price list
