Can I be a proposer without a Ph.D. or its equivalent?

No. Under Sub-Programme 1, only natural persons engaged in research who hold an academic degree of Ph.D. or equivalent at the time of submission of the project proposal to the call for proposals may be a proposer. Under Sub-programme 2, only a natural person engaged in research who, in the year of submission of the project proposal to the call for proposals, is not more than 35 years of age and holds an academic degree of Ph.D. or equivalent, or will have obtained such degree by the date of conclusion of the contract/issuance of the project decision at the latest, may be a proposer. The equivalent is e.g. CSc., DrSc., Dr., DSc. etc.
