Which institutions are eligible to serve as the lead applicant for ČR an international consortium, and is it possible for different types of organizations (e.g., hospitals and universities) to assume this role?

For ČR , only one institution ČR serve as the lead applicant at any given time. This institution may be either a teaching hospital or a university, provided it meets the eligibility requirements. Both types of institutions are eligible; however, only one of them may serve as the lead applicant for a given project.

Is a registered association an eligible applicant for European Partnership calls for proposals?

From the perspective ofČR AZV , a registered associationČR be considered an eligible applicant; this may be either a business or an organization engaged in research and the dissemination of knowledge—a so-called research organization (e.g., a patient organization)—depending on whether it meets the definition set forth in Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014.

What is the procedure for demonstrating the eligibility of a Czech applicant when participating in multiple projects under a single call for proposals? Is it possible to submit the supporting documents for all projects in a single data message, provided that the documents are labeled with the respective project’s acronym? I assume that the eligibility criteria would need to be demonstrated only once for all projects.

Since this is a single call for proposals, all supporting documents may be submitted in a single data message. The ČP PO and ČP for research organizations are submitted only once per institution, not separately for each project. However, the Application Form must clearly…
